Start from Ivybridge Train Station, Station Road Ivybridge. PL21 0DQ

A circular route from the station on paved roads, footpaths & open moorland, After climbing to Butterdon and walking over exposed open moorland to Harford Moor Gate. The route visits the villages of Harford, Cornwood & Lutton before returning to Ivybridge with an opportunity for pub stops along the way. There will also be a stop for a picnic lunch

General Notes
This walk is intended to be walked at a WASP pace of around 2.5mph. Not one to be rushed! Ivybridge is on the main line with direct services to Exeter & Plymouth. As well as good bus connections to nearby towns. Dogs are welcome if on a lead. Bring waterproofs, warm clothing & a picnic lunch, plus footwear suitable for Dartmoor. There is also a pay and display car park at the station with a 6'3" height restriction
