20 mile walk with 2400ft of ascent, will be muddy if wet in the previous few days. No opportunity for refreshments en route.

An undulating walk with a few steep hills passing through Castle Combe, N Wraxall, Coombs Wood, Slaugherford, Tillys Wood, Colletts Bottom Wood and returning via Biddestone & West Yatton

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
