Rafford AGM Walk

Walk Details:
The walk will follow a circular route through the Altyre Estate parklands to Blairs Loch for lunch. Returning back to the v.h for the AGM via the Fairy woods and Dava Way

Walk Report
5 members of the North of Scotland LDWA group set off from Rafford Village Hall at 9.30am and headed through the Newtyle woods to the Altyre parklands and Burn of Altyre. A short break at the River Findhorn fisherman's hut before heading East past Rivermeads to our lunch spot at the Blair's Loch picnic site. After lunch we headed through the Fairyhill Woods to gain the Dava Way at Dallas Dhu Distillery. Along the Dava Way, then to Skene Meadows and Lower Rafford. Past Rafford Kirk and back to the start along the Granary Farm track.Other Files
