Walk Report
6 North of Scotland members set off from Grant Park in Forres to do this 16 mile loop walk via Rafford, Blair's Loch and the Findhorn River. The damp overcast weather meant that we made a number of variations to avoid the wet overgrown sections and view points with no visibility. A great morning refreshment stop at our favourite community cafe at Rafford VH for bacon rolls and cakes before heading to Blair's Loch for lunch via the Altyre Estate parklands. For 4 members, this was followed by an afternoon stroll to the Findhorn river and back to Grant Park, while 2 members did a shorter more direct route back to the park via the forestry tracks.Other Files
