Route
The Moray Mountaineer's bus will drop us off at Glenmore road junction at about 9.15am
Vehicle tracks east passing Glenmore Lodge, then NE on mountain tracks to Ryvoan Bothy. North through Abernethy Forest on good forest tracks to Nethy Bridge. Speyside Way to Grantown-on-Spey, then Dava Way to Dunphail (31ml). Last 8 miles to Forres on the Dava Way
General Notes
This walk is only for experienced long distance walkers. No dogs on this walk. Toilets at Glenmore, Nethy Bridge, Grantown & Dunphail. Shops and Cafes at Nethy Bridge (10mls) & Grantown (16mls). The MMC Bus leaves Elgin Lossie Green CP at 7am and Forres Cross at 7.20am. The bus will cost £20 each. Walker numbers will be restricted to 10. A car will be left at Dunphail for 31mile opt out
