This is a joint walking weekend with our neighbouring LDWA Group, Heart of Scotland, & will be based in Ballater. Members are required to arrange their own accommodation & there are lots of options in this area

Dave Galloway will lead walks on both Saturday & Sunday which will include hills or low level walks depending on weather conditions

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
