I haven't got much to share with you this month. The committee will need to sort out a date and venue for our Annual General Meeting (AGM). Best keep the first Sunday in December free! The details will hopefully be agreed before the next newsletter is published. I'll also send out a formal notification to all our members. The AGM will be my last as the group's Secretary. I've served two terms of (almost) three years in the last seven, so it's time to let someone else have a go. Besides, as you've probably gathered, I'm running out of things to write in this newsletter! If you're interested in the position please let one of the committee know.
I gather Adrian hosted a very enjoyable event for (walking) friends at his home last month. Sadly I couldn't make it, as I was cantering around the Birmingham canal network for the fifth and final time! Judging by the number of people in the photo, and who they are, I can't imagine that a quiet time was had by anybody within a 5-mile radius! Only joking! It's great to see you all having a lovely time.
Forthcoming Walks
Finally, here's the usual look ahead to all the group walks and challenge events that are taking place this month within a 50-mile radius of Chippenham.

That's it for another newsletter. All our newsletters are available via the Wiltshire LDWA website. If you have anything to contribute to future editions, please can you get it to me by the 20th of each month. I look forward to seeing you out on our group walks this month.
