Entry Procedure

Entries for the main event have reopened, will remain open until 29th April 2024 and will be allocated to qualified entrants on a first come first served basis. Entries for the marshals' event remain open.

Main Event

The Main Event will take place from Saturday 25th - Monday 27th May 2024.

Entries are through SiEntries https://www.sientries.co.uk/event.php?elid=Y&event_id=12239.

Those who pre-entered the main event and had their entries accepted and paid by 29th December are confirmed entrants.

Entries reopened on 3rd January 2024 and will remain open until 29th April 2024 with places allocated on a first come first served basis to entrants with a valid qualifier. Payment will be taken at the time of entry and anyone who does not have a valid qualifier will not be allowed to enter. The final closing date for entries will be Monday 29th April 2024.

A cancellation policy will be available whereby entrants who cancel their entry by 31st March 2024 or do not have a valid entry, will be refunded the entry fee less £20 administration fee. There will be no refund if an entrant withdraws after 31st March.

It is important that entrants read the Information and Rules for the Main Event before entering.

As part of the Speyside 100’s green policy, when entrants receive the request to pay they will be invited to make a donation to Trees for Life to establish a grove of trees as part of a wild forest in the Highlands. You can donate directly through this link.

Marshals’ Event

The Marshals' Event will take place from Saturday 4th - Monday 6th May 2024.

The Marshals' Event is for LDWA Members ONLY who are providing substantial support for the Main Event which has been agreed in advance. Offers of support should be agreed with the organisers. A valid qualifier is required.

Entries for the Speyside Marshals' 100 remain open and will close on Sunday 31st March 2024.

The only method of entry is via postal application on the Marshals' Walk entry form. It should be sent to the address on the form and a BACS payment must be made. Entries will be acknowledged by email unless an SAE is provided.

A cancellation policy will be available whereby entrants who cancel their entry by 31st March 2024 or do not have a valid entry, will be refunded the entry fee less £20 administration fee. There will be no refund if an entrant withdraws after 31st March.

The Marshals' Event gives those involved in organising the event a chance to do the event. It also trials aspects of the main event: the conditions, route, etc. reflect those of the main event as closely as possible.

It is important that entrants read the Information and Rules for the Marshals' Event before entering.

As part of the Speyside 100’s green policy entrants are encouraged to make a donation to Trees for Life to establish a grove of trees as part of a wild forest in the Highlands. You can donate directly through this link.
