Following the 1066 Country Walk from Battle via Catsfield, Ponts Green, Boreham Street, Herstmonceux, Pevensey Levels & Pevensey Castle ending at Westham & Pevensey rlwy stn (18 miles) or an option to walk on to Eastbourne rlwy stn (24 miles)
General Notes
This will be a joint LINEAR WALK with Essex & Herts Group. Trains from Pevensey/Eastbourne back to Battle are routed via Hastings & run regularly.
