LDWA Sussex Stride 2026 - 52 miles in 23 hours with 7000ft of ascent

This challenge event is also a qualifier for the 2027 East Devon Jurassic one hundred miler

Starting and finishing at Plumpton College and crossing some of the finest countryside in the South Downs National Park the route visits Offham, Lewes, Glynde, Firle, Alfriston, East Dean,  Litlington, Rodmell and Falmer.

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
