Circular via mainly the South Downs Way taking in The Seven Sisters

Car parking at Birling Gap is free for NT members or 6 pounds all day. cash or pay by phone. There is limited verge-side parking for free nearby. Any issues please contact walk leader.. Eastbourne residents with a leisure card can park for free 500m towards Beachy Head. Lunch will be in Jevington, pub or picnic after 7 to 9 miles

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
