Darwell Wood Car Park. Nearest postcode TN32 5JB. The CP is approx 450m off the B2096 Battle Road at Cackle Street. The road turning is signposted to Brightling

Circular out via Dallington Forest then almost to Batemans before returning via Socknersh Manor (One time home of Englebert Humperdink!), Darvel Community and Darwell Reservior and Wood

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
