Start from the new main concourse at London Bridge railway station, outside WH Smith, M&S, Pasty Shop & NERO Coffee shop, under the edge of the Shard
Route via the Shadwell and Limehouse basins, Limehouse Cut, Bromley by Bow, along the edge of the Olympic Park, Victoria Park, the 'green corridor' thru Mile End and back along the Thames Path. No hills, no toilets other than Victoria Park, mainly on canal towpaths, hard on the feet. Lunch at either The Pavilion Cafe or The Crown at the Crown Gates, Victoria Park
