Directions

The nearest motorway junction to the Anderton centre from all points south is Junction 6 on the M61. This is also the exit for Bolton Wanderers football stadium and a large retail park. The football stadium has recently changed name from the Reebok Stadium to the Macron Stadium. Some directions may still refer to the Reebok Stadium and if you ask a local they will almost certainly still call it that! Just be aware of the name change; it is one and the same place.
