Start point - Abbotsbury (SY 577 854, ///champions.vest.hobbies, https://maps.app.goo.gl/5yz9CK1X27oBzYj77 ) on bus route, also car parks.
End Point - Small Mouth, Weymouth (GR SY 666 762, ///calm.crisis.likes, https://maps.app.goo.gl/ZGPfTiZkDRxJREP79 ) .
Start at 10am from Abbotsbury and walk to Small Mouth, Weymouth.
Allowing an hour for rests and breaks, we aim to arrive at 4pm . The Mid point for lunch and a rest Langton Herring, but this would mean a detour off of the path, so our main option is Moonfleet Manor at Gore Cove after 4.5 miles.
Weymouth has carparks, bus service and railway station.
General Notes
Facilities: on the way Hotel at Moonfleet Manor. Pub at Langton Herring. Lugger Inn at Chickerell. Cafes in Portland. Weymouth has usual facilities of a town. Public WC at Abbotsbury and at Portland Bill
