Day 1 - Friday 26th June 2026 - Freshwater bay to Shanklin 23 miles: The walk will start at 09.15 from Freshwater bay.
Day 2 - Saturday 27th June Shanklin to East Cowes 23 miles: The walk will start at the Shanklin war memorial at 08.00.
Day 3 - Sunday 28th June West Cowes to Freshwater bay 26 miles: Starting at the West Cowes floating bridge at 07.30
General Notes
Day 1 - The number 12 bus runs from Newport bus station at 08.27 and gets to Freshwater bay at 9.08. Buses can be taken back to Newport or other areas of the island from Shanklin bus station. Lunch to be taken at the White Mouse Inn.
Day 2 - The number 2 bus leaves Newport at 07.10 and arrives in Shanklin at 07.44. Buses can be taken back to Newport or other areas of the island. Lunch to be taken at the Pilot Boat inn Bembridge.
Day 3 - The number 1 bus leaves Newport at 06:48 and arrives in Cowes at 07:11, ready for our 07.30 walk start.
We will arrive in Freshwater bay at approximately 17.30, the bus back to Newport leaves at 17.56 and arrives in Newport at 19.06.
Lunch to be taken at Yarmouth, Gossips Cafe.
