Route

Glencoe, we will book & stay in suitable group accommodation. We will be using ice axe & crampons to go winter walking or climbing every day in Glencoe or possibly the Lochaber area. The days will be led by qualified mountain leader & Dorset LDWA member, Colin Utting. Due to the technical nature of the days, numbers are limited to Colin plus four other members. You would also need some experience of mountain expeditions, preferably in winter conditions. The trip is now fully booked.

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
