Primarily on good track through Queen Elizabeth Forest Park we will pass above Aberfoyle visiting waterfall and waving to anyone on the Go Ape apparatus. Picking up the forest drive and cycle route 7to pass Lochan Reoidhte, Loch Drunkie down to Loch Venachar. From there we travel lochside towards Callendar but turn right once on tarmac road just past boat house. Uphill to Bealach nan Cairn to fishing lochan (unnamed). From lochan we return via Rob Roy Way to braeval car park
General Notes
Generally good underfoot but being on West of Scotland cannot rule out the occasioanl puddle. 1997 ft of ascent but nothing too steep and only mildly undulating until the Bealach. which is a little testing to run :-)
