Route
Meet at the walker's car park on the south side of Gladhouse Reservoir. Ignore the sign when you turn into the road that says 'Moorfot Farm Only'. The car park has a sign 'Private Car Park Hill Walkers Only'
This walk takes in the 3 Donalds (2000 ft hills) closest to Edinburgh: Blackhope Scar, Bowbeat Hill, Dundreich. On a clear day, the views of Edinburgh, the Pentland Hills, the Forth Valley and even the Cairngorms can be stunning.
11 miles walk, 2000 ft ascent, 6 hrs walking. No facilities are passed so bring a packed lunch. Please Email walk leader a few days before the walk if you are planning on attending
