Route
Meet Kingsmeadow car park by Priorford pedestrian bridge. Possibly take one or two cars to Traquair village hill to avoid flat cycle route from Peebles to Traquair. This shortens distance by 7 miles. It's 10 miles if we motor to the village
From Traquair Village Hall we take a footpath by Traquair House to Innerleithen to ascend Lee Pen, then Lee Burn Head, Mill Rig, Black Knowe, Black Law, before descending through Glentress Forest, Tower Rig to Shieldgreen Centre, Glenbield, to pick up metalled road by Peebles Hydro, to return to cars
