Lunch at Puddletown village hall. This is the Summer social event for all past, current & future members of Dorset LDWA ,family and guests welcome. The village hall is booked from 10am to 3pm, where lunch/refreshments (provided by group funds) will be served. All are welcome to walk the whole route, with an extended midday stop, or walk the morning (9 miles) or afternoon section (7 miles), or just come to the lunch & mix with friends. Meet at the old public weighbridge layby west of Puddletown, amended start point due to limited space at the Puddletown village hall also extra traffic from the Tolpuddle Martyrs Festival.
Please park in the layby. The afternoon walk will begin from the village hall, where lunch is served, but those visitors coming just for the lunch and afternoon walk are also requested to park in the layby, which is 10 minutes walk from the village hall.
