A walk along the lower Oxford Canal to the varsity city.
The plan is to catch the 09:09 service from Banbury to Heyford (arrive 09:21) and start the walk a few minutes after arrival. Return from Banbury to Oxford is currently £7.50
Walking to Oxford makes the return trip easier, as trains serving Heyford station between Banbury and Oxford are only every 2 hrs.
