(4,800ft of ascent, on tracks and paths including all of the Malvern Hills on 26ml route, Black to End Hills on 14ml route, Cradley, Oyster Hill, Ledbury, and Bromsberrow in Herefordshire on the longer route, and main ridge from British Camp c.p. after northern Malverns, Cradley, Mathon, Colwall and Evendine on the shorter one)

10 pounds, non-LDWA 20 pounds includes hot & cold drinks (please bring a mug), snacks at Cps and simple meal at finish.
All finishers shall receive a certificate and a results list will also be available
