A figure of eight walk, that starts by walking around the Loe Pool, the largest natural freshwater lake in Cornwall, and along the Loe Bar, one of Cornwall's most treacherous beaches before reaching Porthleven Harbour, where we follow the same route as the Porthleven to Rinsey Head Walk, although with an extension to Praa Sands and it's pub called Sandbar, before returning back to Porthleven and the west side of The Loe back to the car park at Helston
