The start / finish is Forhill Picnic Place opposite the Peacock Inn, Ickneild Street, Kings Norton, B38 0EH
A circular route from Kings Norton heading west towards Hopwood / Cofton Hackett; then south towards Alvechurch; south east to Rowney Green and south to Redditch. We then make an exploration of Redditch passing through Abbeydale. Lakeside, Moons Moat and Church Hill North. From Reddtich we head north to the M42 and back to Kings Norton

The route will take you through a country and urban environment, through farmland, along a canal, along a river, round a lake and not forgetting under the M42
