Meeting at Blackstone Car Park and Picnic Site (DY121PU), just off Bewdley by-pass, Worcestershire
The circuit that has been based on the Severn Way. The route, though, is not all riverside walking and will include excursions into the Wyre Forest and the Eymore Woodlands, which are apparently peaceful places often alive with birdsong! The more popular and noisier riverside resorts of Stourport, Upper Arley and Bewdley are also visited
General Notes
An Anytime Challenge to be completed with a moving average >3 miles per hour. This walk will not have been recced and we will be working from an out of date route description just to add to the fun. There does appear to be toilets, cafe's and places to replenish spent food supplies en route
