This is a new pilgrimage route from the John Merrill stable (by Michael Mooney), based on the life of John Schorne, 13th century rector of North Marsden. He covered vast distances within his area to spread the word and became known as the man who ‘captured the devil in a boot.’ 9 villages and pretty Buckinghamshire countryside all the way guarantee a rewarding day out, leaving Sunday free for any genuine pilgrims
