Amber Valley Adventures’ latest offering, which, after climbing to the top of Bole Hill, descends to the Cromford Canal via the High Peak Trail & then visits the house & village of Florence Nightingale in Holloway, before contouring over to Lea, Dethick Church, Tansley, Matlock Cliff, & across the fields to Riber with a downhill section via Starkholmes to the ridge path above Matlock Bath to gain Lover’s Walk beside the River Derwent to the finish at Matlock Bath rlwy stn, catching a train or bus back to Cromford, if required
