This walk is not suitable for large dogs, unless owner able to lift them over stiles, there are no bypass facilities. Also to be aware of, there are some heavy nettled areas, if anyone is planning to wearing shorts on the day, although two of us managed to get round on the recce with a bit of discomfort.

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
