This anytime challenge pilot route is a superb exploration of a fascinating and utterly diverse area, firstly conquering Shutlingsloe, returning to Langley and the River Bollin, then relaxing beside the Macclesfield Canal all the way to Bollington, from where the heights of White Nancy and Saddle of Kerridge are gained before a section of the Gritstone Trail takes the walk back to the starting point
