Below are listed various User Guides, Templates and other resources to support all aspects timekeeping with PACER

1. PACER User Guide (V3) - a comprehensive guide that covers and details all aspect of setting up and using PACER


2. An Excel PACER offline template is available for use at Checkpoints that have poor or non-existent cellular signal. Notes on using the template are built-in.

(The LDWA is currently devising a PACER App, mPACER, that will allow entrant timing in poor cellular locations - watch this space!)

3. Bluetooth scanners

In a new development, Surrey LDWA have pioneered the use of Bluetooth (BT) barcode scanners paired to both Android and Apple mobile devices to facilitate scanning at remote checkpoints. A short guide can be downloaded here. 
BT scanners (both waterproof and non-waterproof versions) can be bought from major online retailers 

4. Tally Card Template

Primarily to support the needs of 100 planners and Excel Tally Card Template is available. It can additionally be configured by local group challenge walk organisers. For help please see the Template's User Guide 

5. Opening and closing time calculators

These have been developed to assist event organisers in estimating checkpoint OPENING and CLOSING times along the route.
