In 3 loops (10ml/10ml/5ml) from Crook Memorial Hall, with easy access from M6/J36 and the Kendal bypass
Routes take in parts of the Dales way, Brant Fell, Bowness, Ratherheath, Cunswick Scar and some other little gems
General Notes
Limit 150 - please car share if possible to ease parking. OL 7 map & compass essential; and a mug. Organised by Morecambe Bay & Bowland Group. Proceeds to St. Mary's Hospice, Ulverston and St John's Hospice, Lancaster. More details on web site, route available 2 weeks before event
