General Notes
Join the Marshals for a walk round the pretty bits of this classic event. Taking in Scout Scar and Whitbarrow, we walk the 18 miles without the loop into Kendal. Bring your sandwiches, no checkpoints on the Marshalls' walk. Meet at Scout Scar Car Park (Near Radio Mast)at 8.30am. Left over turkey sandwiches not allowed!

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
