This is the first of two walks that will use the routes of a walk called The Crowthorn Star which is a walk of five loops based on the National Childrens Home at Crowthorn School. This walk incorporates two sections visiting Bull Hill, Causeway End and Grey Stone Hill amongst other places. Lunch will be taken at the Strawbury Duck at Entwistle
General Notes
A Marauders Walk. Crowthorn School is to the north of Edgworth which is to the north of the A676 the Ramsbottom to Bolton road. There is no obvious parking on the map so it will be where it can be found
