Heading out on an ancient track along the top of one of the never ending ridges of the Black Mountains & returning on an old road through a quiet valley... Plenty to see - fantastic views (weather permitting), ruins, boundary stones & a hillfort

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
