Following the Limestone Way to Bonsall & Winster, up onto Stanton Moor & the Nine Ladies, descending to Rowsley, following the disused railway, back up to moorland & forest tracks, we journey on to Riber Castle & back to Matlock.
There are 2 or 3 steep climbs. 3300ft ascent.
Please bring torch/ headtorch

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
