Country estates: home & host to many sporting events & personalities. A climb up to an ancient battle site with a healing spring. Fabulous views over the Trent Valley & an option to sample the restorative brown Burton water at the finish.

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
