Route
Meet at Merthyr Leisure Centre carpark. Park at the rear where we can meet up. Please check South Wales website before you travel for any last minute changes. (It is advisable to arrive 10 minutes before the meet/start time)
We'll head out to Mynydd Aberdare and then down Mynydd Merthyr and Twyn Brynbychan to Abercynon. Return via Mynydd y Capel and Merthyr Common. Graded as hard with 2,600 feet of ascent
General Notes
It's early March, so you'll need to be prepared for four seasons and winter hill conditions. Bring a headtorch in case we finish late
