Please check South Wales website before you travel for any last minute changes. Free National Trust car park at the base of Cefn Bryn, SS53118879 (It is advisable to arrive 10 minutes before the meet/start time)

A route that explores the ancient inland area of South Gower, visiting Ilston, Bishopston & Kittle, to then come down to Pennard and Three Cliffs Bay/Oxwich Bay to then go though Penrice Woods and return via Cefn Bryn. Graded as moderate with 2500 feet of ascent

General Notes
There are some road works being upgraded in the area where we are parking, its business as usual so please don't let the road works deter you from driving into the parking area
