Walk Report

Walk from Dole Lane Abbey Village starting at 10.00hrs. Usually when this route is walked a kingfisher is seen on the Leeds and Liverpool canal and at the Heapy reservoirs. Sadly not today other than a photo shown at the start. We had a coffee and photo stop at the Ollerton Fold canal bridge and took a moment to reflect on our memories with Jeff…..Lunch on the benches at the locks behind the Top Lock pub. The Route.
