For those needing their lunchtime fix, the nearest Wetherspoons is at Victoria Station, just four stops away on the Circle line. Almost all of the walk is on the Capital Challenge route (RD downloadable on the London Group website). There’s an option just to meet for the show, which starts at 7.30. http://www.upstairsatthegatehouse.com/flat-out Tickets are £18 (£16 over-65s).
