See note from Dee: The weather is predicted to be extremely hot for our BBN 16 mile social walk from Silsoe this Thursday 25th July. A lot of the walk will not be in the shade. There will be a pub, The Cross Keys at Pulloxhill, stop at lunchtime where I purchased a drink and they were happy to refill my water bottle on my recce. We will be back near the pub 4 miles later for afternoon break but other than this I cannot guarantee a top up water supply en route. Please ensure you bring adequate supplies with you. We will walk at a speed to reflect the weather conditions. Please note the pub does not allow you to eat your own food.
