The area between the University of Bath and the Kennet and Avon canal. Car parking in the southbound lay-by on the A36 Warminster Road above Dundas Aqueduct (shortly before the petrol station)

Up to Sham Castle (for views of Bath) then towards Bradford on Avon, with some canal towpath to start and finish. Ascent 270m

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
