Meet at Rivington Bottom Barn at 10.00 to walk the 2.5ml to Lead Mines, Clough for 11.00 service, which is taken by Chorley Ramblers. Bolton Mountain Rescue will issue service cards. After laying the wreaths, the walk will continue for 11 or 12ml

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
