General Notes
A joint event with West Lancs to support the 10th Witton Weavers Walking Festival. 35 miles in total length the Witton Weavers Way is based upon longstanding trails created Blackburn, Bolton and Darwen's factory, mill and mineworkers of yesteryear as routes into and home from work. The trail has been split for our walking programme into northern and southern sections creating two twenty mile routes
