Start Hassocks stn. Dep London Bridge 08.41. Or London Victoria 8.11 and change at East Croydon. 8.55 dep from East Croydon.
Linear route over the downs ending at a Worthing. .Lunch at Mile Oak. Either Mile Oak Inn. - Sunday roast only (£6) or the Mile Oak farm cafe - sandwiches, cakes and tea/ coffee. Or bring a picnic.
