Cert for all, Free parking as directed, Limited to 150, camping available (must be pre-booked, additional charge). All weather gear, maps, compass, exposure bag and navigational skills essential. Over 6000ft of assent on long route. SEF accepted or entry form on line. Chqs payable to Morecambe Bay and Bowland LDWA
