Start Carshalton Stn (approx 30 min direct from Victoria, Blackfriars or London Bridge)
Following the river from one of its sources, Carshalton Ponds, to the Thames. End at a Youngs pub close to Wandsworth Town stn. The other source of the Wandle is Waddon Ponds, 2.5 miles from Carshalton - if you would like to walk that bit too, contact Andy by phone - we'd need to meet at Waddon Station, trains from Victoria or London Bridge, at 17.30
