Around Corby

Northamptonshire

50 km / 31 miles
The 31-mile/50km Around Corby route visits villages such as Gretton, Rockingham, Stanion and Brigstock which offer breathtaking views and numerous public houses to stop off at along the way and is the brainchild of local Ramblers member Mel Jarvis.

There is an optional extension of 14 miles.

UPDATE August 2022: We have been informed of problems with the route between Weldon and Kirby Lane (for Kirby Hall) due to construction of a housing development. A suggested diversion would be along the minor road north of Weldon, then past Weldon Hall to Kirby Lane. The problem (along with others including dangerous stiles and overgrowth) have been reported to the Local Authority by the person alerting us to the problems, and to the 2009 guidebook author (by ourselves).
