In case you're wondering, although this is a scout event, there's no formal kit check. The walk starts from Meadow Lane in Chaddesden, then across Chaddesden Park to Locko Park, Spondon, to Stanley, onto Duffield, onto Radbourne, across the back of Mickleover to Burnaston then following the canal to Swarkestone, follow the footpath which was the old Derby canal to Pride Park, re-entering Meadow Lane off the footbridge adjacent to Toys R Us on Pride Park .
